A Ball For All
We all love football
Blind children can’t see a ball, but they can hear it! We designed a special ball that jingles so that all children can play with it. It is remarkable to see kids play together with this ball. And most importantly, this ball is not for sale - it can only be donated. Will you help us?
Youthorama NGO and its founder Lion, launching the #ABallforAll campaign, set a goal to travel to all corners of the earth to distribute these special mini blind footballs.
We are well on our path for the balls to reach even the most remote areas, in 213 countries and territories thanks to the support of Lions Clubs. With your support we will achieve even more and the ball will ring in every blind child’s home and school around the world.
This year, the "A Ball for All" was one of the service projects during the life changing Global Service Week, supported by the LCIF. Every club and donor could support showing solidarity, donating the light sound balls to other clubs or in their community, with requested logos.
Blind football is the only paralympic football, part of Paris 2024 & LA28 paralympic calendar and Lion Elias Mastoras, of the Centennial 100 Champions Lions Club, is the person in charge of the sport globally.
